We want you to be fully satisfied with your So iLL gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all un-chalked, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring climbing shoes have not been used on rock or gym walls and apparel tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
